- 1 rack baby back or spare ribs 2-3 lbs
- BBQ seasoning rub
- BBQ sauce
Remove membrane from back of ribs.
Generously season both sides with dry rub.
Place ribs back of the ribs side down on a foil-lined baking sheet. No need to flip.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until browned.
Brush ribs with BBQ sauce last 5 minutes of cooking.
Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
