Instructions
 

  • Coat shaved steak in cornstarch, then sauté in a pan with garlic and ginger-infused oil.

  • Cook shaved beef in batches for about 2 minutes each, then set aside.
  • Combine beef with Mongolian sauce and green onions in the pan.
