1 pound of shaved steak
2 cups of mixed stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shaved steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown.
Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until they become tender yet crisp.
Drizzle the low-sodium soy sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
