Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of shaved steak
  • 2 cups of mixed stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the shaved steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown.
  • Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until they become tender yet crisp.
  • Drizzle the low-sodium soy sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
