1 large mixing bowl to mix the chicken wings, oil, salt, and pepper together.
1 Baking sheet to lay the wings out for baking.
Paper towels for patting the wings dry.
1 Oven to bake the wings
1 saucepan to heat up the wing sauce.
1 oven mitt for protection while handling the hot baking sheet.
- 1 pound of chicken wings
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup of your preferred wing sauce
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until the wings are fully coated.
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring none of the pieces are touching. This allows each part of the chicken wing to cook evenly.
Bake the wings in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are cooking, heat your preferred wing sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
